Excellent City Center Hotel Experience
easy checkin clean room great location
Automatic checkin are easy. The room were clean plus nice. Location prove great, close to night life and the Church of St Catherine. It was simple to access many spots. I appreciate a functional process.
I find it is not easy to locate parking. It is small hotel with limited amenities. This cause an issue.

unclean cup unfinished ceiling
the location was central enough i suppose it got me where i needed to be
the room was somewhat wanting in cleanliness the kettle was unused and the cup remained not completely clean it seemed like perhaps it was a relic from a previous guest's beverage consumption also the ceiling seemed unfinished

central location helpful staff ample shelving motion-activated lighting
I found the location very central. The staff assisted me quickly with directions. The room had ample shelving for personal items. I liked the motion-activated dim lighting near the bed. It was convenient for nighttime visits to the bathroom.
The absence of a phone in the room made contacting reception slightly inconvenient.

lovely central spot
big room central location
the room was big and clean. location was in the centrum, it allowed easy acces everywhere. staff helped quickly with my requests. i did enjoyed the quite atmosphere despite central location.
the television remote wasnt available. i had to asked for it next day at the desk. it would be great to have it in the room upon arrival.

central location helpful staff washing facilities
the location was very central to everything. the staff were helpful . i also liked the available washing and drying facilities. the kitchen area provided a microwave, toasted sandwich maker, plates, cups and cutlery.
the hotel did not have refrigerators in the room. this meant i couldn't store some food items i had purchased in advance of my departure.
